I am curently very interested in the drupal world and how they have implemented this system. The developers have made it very easy to expand and customize the core system with modules and hooks allowing a lot of possibilities. There is quite a steep learning curve but with the help of this book i have managed to create my own module to support a jquery portfolio plugin.

The drupal system allows very powerfull systems to be built quickly with less bugs as it allows the addition of other plug and play modules and easy customization once you know how to do it.

I have been reading and studying how to build facebook applications and have started to implement an example for impresswebsolutions. I am also working in intergrating them all together with a drupal site.

I have began to start setting up a side project with some friends to do some side web development mostly for helping with doing websites for local sports clubs and volunteer organizations.

I have created this jquery plugin which allows a user to pass in a tree node template and a data object and it will build a horizontal tree. I am currently working on the second version of this tree.

This is a beta version and is still being added to.
It currently displays a tree but work is being done to allow other operations.

I have used this in conjunction with ASP.net where it is a control with templates in the page allowing quick changes and addition to the nodes.

It works by passing two objects to the plugin and applying a container to the page.

• Completed two web based intranet applications. The first controlled deviations in products throughout the Kostal world. It contained automatic email generation and gave an automated flow and process tracking to the pre paper version of the system.
• Second project controlled engineering change orders of process, Interlinked different departments into a controlled system.

• Temporary 1st level Helpdesk Support. Worked in a professional environment in the EDS internal and credit services departments which dealt with branches both in New Zealand and Australia.
• Worked simultaneously on several accounts involving both offline and online work. Received calls and emails from users with problems which I then diagnosed and solved the problems under strict deadlines. Worked with many applications such as CAMS, CITRIX, AVAYA, ACTIVE DIR, etc.
  

• Gained extensive knowledge in Object Oriented PHP, html, css and javascript.
• System generated reports and exports in different formats including PDF and CSV for reading into other systems.
• Used an image manipulation language ImageMagik which can be incorporated with a lot of different languages.
• I was also lead developer in the design and implentation of MYSQL databases.
• Image capture and manipulation with software such as Ascent and Doc1 (completed an intense 4 day course in Sydney).
  

• Completed two similar projects using PHP where they both tracked details such as hours, mileage and payments for teachers working in their program.
• Performed various different roles developer, database developer, flash developer, tester, project management.
• Met with clients to plan out the projects, time frame, costs, and schedule.
• Organised and hosted weekly meetings with development team and customers.
• Worked on multiple projects simultaneously, small and large projects.
  

• Designed a php web system for recording data of the animals e.g. vet visits, food types which can be later be analyzed and shared with other organizations to help create a network of information.
• Layed the foundations for a future project to integrate animal projects with schools around the world to create an awareness and raise funds to help this project and other projects involved in Volunteer Cause.
• Filmed and edited videos for web streaming using after effects.
• Had promotional meetings with other companies for more awareness of the refuge.
